When I made my decision to sell my home in East Brisbane I contacted Bill Yapp and asked him to conduct the sales campaign.
Bill is a very committed and energetic agent with many years real estate experience and as soon as we signed up he contacted all of the potential buyers on his database. Bill was able to produce an offer on the property before the first open house.
We held the offer back until the weekend so we could gauge the interest from the large number of inspections that Bill was able to achieve. He used his negotiating skills to increase the offer up to the figure I was prepared to sell at and we were under contract in the first week.
